Thinking Outside The Boxes

as you can see, we had to do a self-portrait. when my teacher, Mrs. Kiick told us we were going to be doing self-portraits i knew it was going to be a challenge, then she had told us that it was going to be on a very large poster paper, i knew i was in trouble ! i know that im not the best artist, but i think that since ive started taking Mrs. Kiick's class, ive gotten much better. we started this project by selecting a photo of ourselves. we then filtered the photo and cropped it. after that we made a grid on it so that we could enlarge it onto the poster paper. this was a very difficult thing for me, but in the end i believe that i have done a good job for someone who doesnt know a thing about art.
